Our MIND-BODY WELLNESS program includes offerings in Creative Movement, dance fitness, belly dancing and a variety of other movement disciplines. We also partner with Meaningful Living Ministry to offer workshops
that focus on positive living and self-empowerment.
The benefits

our awareness so that we can reach our highest level of creative
energy. This energy can then be used to create health, harmony and
