Our MIND-BODY WELLNESS program includes offerings in Creative Movement and dance fitness. We also partner with Meaningful Living Ministry to offer workshops
that focus on positive living and self-empowerment.
The benefits
we aim to achieve through our specific programs have to do with heightening
our awareness so that we can reach our highest level of creative
energy. This energy can then be used to create health, harmony and
peaceful living.
OF NOTE: We are currently looking for teaching partners for our Mind-Body Wellness program. If you know any experienced instructors who would be interested in offering morning classes in the disciplines of yoga, belly dancing, cardio fitness, or related practices please have them get in touch with us. We have truly missed having instructors available to offer such classes and would surely like to have them revived.
